Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days via Evri.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, market events, or seasonal holidays.

Local Delivery & Collection

I offer:

  • Free collection from my Horwich base
  • Local delivery to the following postcode areas:
    BL6, BL5, BL1, BL7, PR6, PR7, and WN2

Local delivery/collection arrangements will be confirmed after your order is placed.


Returns

I hope you love your purchase, however if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of any damaged or faulty items

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used home fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
